We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom. If you are outside of mainland UK (including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland), please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your delivery options prior to placing your order.
When we receive your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email.
When ordering, we pre-authorise your payment method and check our warehouse or suppliers to ensure your item is available for dispatch. In the event that your items are unavailable in our warehouse, we remove the pre-authorisation, and we will inform you of our actions. When items are available, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.
In case of excesses (read: force majeure and exceptional situations), Alfrescocollection.co.uk entitles you to a 30-day delivery guarantee. That means that all products you order should be delivered within a maximum of 30 working days after purchase. If that is not the case, you can get your money back (not valid for products in pre-order/back-order).
At Alfresco Collection, we are committed to providing our customers with great value for money. That’s why we offer free delivery on all orders over £750! For orders under £750 a delivery fee of £50 will apply. Actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch goods within 1 to 7 days of your order being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow an additional 2 to 7 days transit time, depending the nature of the goods you have ordered and the delivery address. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched so you can keep track of its progress.

Sometimes, due to the high volume of requests, some items might not be in stock. If this happens, you will be notified via email that the items requested are on back order and we will contact you to discuss your options.
Most of our larger items will be delivered on a pallet. This delivery will be a curbside delivery only.
The drivers will usually move to a position of your choice if it is easy to do so and on a flat hard surface. The drivers will not, for example, carry down steps or through a house. Pump trucks can only operate on surfaces like concrete, tarmac, or block paving; deliveries cannot be completed on other types of surfaces.
Many of the items that we sell are large and it is essential that we are informed of addresses with difficult access for large vehicles. Some carriers will charge additional fees if a delivery is abandoned due to access issues.
If access is difficult to your delivery address, please leave a note when checking out or send us an email on [email protected]. Alfresco collection ltd will not be responsible for additional charges when we or the courier are not informed of access difficulties. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate access for a 7.5-tonne delivery vehicle to the property (or as close as possible). For insurance reasons, the customer must be present to accept and sign for the goods at the time of delivery.
Yes. Most of our orders require a signature on delivery.
If you’re not home when our couriers attempt to deliver your order, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will need to pay an additional fee to re-deliver the order. We may also charge you additional fees to cover our costs associated with returning the order to our warehouse, and storing the order until re-delivery is arranged.
Please inspect your order upon receipt of the delivery. Our delivery provider will give you a delivery note to sign, which acknowledges that the order is complete and in good condition.
If you suspect that some goods in your order are damaged on delivery, and you need more time to inspect the goods, you must make a note of this on the delivery note. In such instance, you will have 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any damage to the goods.
